Alyson LangeActor

Alyson is a twenty something, Taco Bell loving, New York City based actress.  She grew up just outside of Albany, NY and decided to give her parents mild heart attacks at a young age by pursing theatre. Alyson made her Broadway Debut at 13 in Baz Luhrmann’s production of La Boheme.
After finishing her senior year of high school with an internship at New York State Theatre Institute, she made her way to the Syracuse University tundra. Season basketball tickets were purchased, she became quite good at beer pong, and then graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre (with a minor in Communications…thanks Mom).  After moving down to the big city she immediately worked on the feature film, Emoticon ;). Then, just a few weeks later, was offered to join the ensemble of the National Tour of Mamma Mia!, while covering the roles of Sophie and Ali.
Alyson returned from “the island” with a collection of pillows from many Westins and Crowne Plazas, an ability to pack a suitcase in less than 5 minutes, and the special skill of sneaking bottles of shampoo through TSA.  Since being back in New York, she has worked on a new play at the WorkShop Theatre, “Daughters of the Sexual Revolution,” a new folk rock musical of Anne of Green Gables, and has continued studying at UCB.
