Austen Anderson is a talented actor based out of New York. Born in Austin, Texas and raised in Dallas, Texas, Austen found the passion for acting at a young age. While pursing his Bachelors Degree, Austen saved money in order to move to a larger market. Upon graduation, he sold his car and moved to New York in order to pursue his acting career.
In Dallas, Austen quickly gained a reputation as a talent and reliable performer. Performing in everything from Shakespeare to Hairspray, Austen has exceled in a variety of theatrical styles, and he has earned rave reviews from local publications. Austen made the foray into film acting and appeared in several films shot in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Most recently, Austen appeared in the social justice tale Stand Sitting produced by the award-winning New Harlem Renaissance Productions.
In addition to acting, Austen is also a musician who composes and performs his works. He plays the guitar, bass, mandolin, ukulele, banjo, keyboard, piano, and several percussion instruments.
