Clare Latham trained at the Stella Adler Studio though NYU-Tisch, as well as at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London throughout high school and college. After Tisch she came back to London to do her MA in Acting at Drama Centre, and has been working there since. Notably Clare has played the lead in several critically-acclaimed UK Premieres, including Rebecca Gilman’s Blue Surge at the Finborough Theatre, and Tennessee Williams’ Green Eyes at the The Grange Hotel. For her role as Roberta in the sell-out hit of John Patrick Shanley’s Danny and The Deep Blue Sea at the Southwark Playhouse, Clare was Nominated for Best Female in the Off West End Awards, the British equivalent of the Obies.The work of Clare Latham to date has largely been in theatre, having worked with a number of brilliant directors such as Mark Rylance, Kwame Kwei-Armah (now AD of Baltimore’s Center Stage), and Che Walker.
Though originally from Atlanta, her family is from Australia, New Zealand & Great Britain.
