Last season, he performed Scarpia in Tosca with Staatstheater Braunschweig, Barnaba in La Gioconda with Tiroler Landestheater Innsbruck, Tadeusz in The Passenger at Michigan Opera Theatre, and as Cardillac with Salzburger Landestheater. Additionally, Pop sang Mahler’s Das Lied von der Erde with Der Zigeunerbaron with Opera Brasov, reprised the title role in David DiChiera and Bernard Uzan’s Cyrano.
